Admission to the program will be based on the evaluation of both professional & academic portfolios.
Bachelor’s Degree
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
- A minimum grade point average of 2.5 for your last 60 semester (or 90 quarter) units.
Experience
Candidates for the EMBA Program are required to have a minimum of five years of middle and/or upper-level professional management work experience. We are seeking individuals with leadership potential and other personal qualities that demonstrate professional promise. This approach takes into consideration the following areas:
- Extent and nature of professional experience.
- Leadership potential and other personal qualities that demonstrate academic and professional promise.
- Academic qualifications.
Admission Interview
After review of completed application portfolios, viable program candidates will be identified and contacted to schedule an interview. Applicants should be prepared to discuss their professional experience, as well as their academic and career goals. Final admission decisions will be made following the interview process.
Foundation Courses
There are six Foundation Courses that serve as prerequisites to entering the program and enrolling in MBA Core Courses. Completion of the Foundation Courses or work experience that demonstrates proficiency in each of the 6 areas are required of EMBA applicants.
