Installment Payment Plan Dates & Information

Installment payment plans (IPP) are available for Summer Session with a $33 setup fee.

  • Once you submit your Summer Session registration form with the IPP box checked, you will be notified in 3-5 business days to sign onto your myStanState account to set up your IPP.

Payment types:

  • You can pay by credit card (Master Card or Visa only) on your myStanState account (non-refundable service charge will apply)
  • No payment plans are available for late adds

Refund Policy for Dropped classes:

All tuition fees will be prorated.

10 Week Session & 6 Week Session

100% First day of session (June 5)
95% Second day of session (June 6)
90% Third day of session (June 7)
85% Fourth day of session (June 8)
80% Fifth day of session (Last day to add or drop – CENSUS DATE June 9)
75% Sixth day of session (June 12)  withdraw only
70% Seventh day of session (June 13) withdraw only
65% Eighth day of session (June 14) withdraw only

No refund after the eighth day of session.

4 Week Session

100% First day of session (July 17)

Policy for Late Adds & Drops:

  • Current students add/drop through myStanState.
  • All other students add/drop through the Extended Education, drop form is required.
  • Tuition fees are due at the time of registration.

Withdrawals:

Withdrawals shall not be permitted during the final twenty percent of instruction except in cases, such as an accident or serious illness, where the cause of withdrawal is due to circumstances clearly beyond the student’s control and the assignment of an Incomplete is not practicable. Withdrawals of this sort may involve 1) total withdrawal from the campus or 2) may involve only selected courses. However, a course grade and credit or an Incomplete may be assigned for courses in which sufficient work has been completed to permit an evaluation to be made. Requests for permission to withdraw under these circumstances shall be handled and filed as indicated in the preceding paragraph, except that such requests must also be approved by the Vice Provost (appointed by the president to act in such matters).
