Policies for Refunds & Late Add/Drops
Refund Policy for Dropped classes:
All tuition fees will be prorated.
| 100% | First day of session (January 2) |
|---|---|
| 85% | Second day of session (last day to add/drop January 3) |
| 75% | Third day of session (January 6) Withdrawal only |
| 65% | Fourth day of session (January 7) Withdrawal only |
No refunds after the fourth day of session.
Any student whose class is canceled due to low enrollment will receive a full refund of their tuition fees.
Policy for Late Adds & Drops
- Current Stan State students register through myStanState
- All other students add/drop through Continuing and Professional Education
- Drop form is required
