Visit the Program Eligibility page to determine your eligibility to the program.

In order to be evaluated for a potential seat in the program and admission to the ASBSN program, all applicants must apply and submit an application to our program through Cal State Apply.

Apply to the ASBSN Program: Stanislaus State

All required materials must be submitted by the application deadline. We do not contact applicants for missing materials or application. Applicants are responsible for making sure the program have received all their materials by the application deadline. Incomplete applications will not be evaluated.

  • TEAS result must be sent from ATI to CA State Stanislaus UEE
  • Official transcripts from each college or university attended after high school, including AP Scores if applicable must be sent electronically to eietranscripts@csustan.edu. If your institution does not have an electronic transcript option, please mail your transcript to:

Note: if your transcripts (and/or materials) are sent to a different department or program, your application will be considered as incomplete. Please make sure you include our department name and office suite in your address.

The ASBSN Program is a unique and specialized program that is administered through the Office of Extended and International Education. Therefore, we have our own unique application dates. Please do not go off the regular University application dates. In order to successfully apply to our program, you must submit the above application during our application period.
