Warrior Wall in the Quad

10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Come and join us in the quad from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm to add a word, sentence, or drawing to the Warrior Wall that reflects your culture! If you aren’t able to make it out to the quad, you can still participate by coming to our office anytime during the week between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm in MSR 380.

Join us as Career Services explains how to include studying abroad on your resume! Studying abroad can provide you with numerous skills which you can incorporate into your resume!

Dr. Roaf, Associate Professor of Ethnic Studies, will share experiences from her summer 2023 Fulbright activities in South Africa. A reception will follow from 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm. 

A Zoom link will be provided for those not able to attend the presentation in person.

Study Abroad Forum

Join us to learn more from students who have studied abroad! Students will share presentations and answer your questions as well!

Fulbright Student Award Information Session

2:00 pm – 3:00 pm

This information session will discuss the Fulbright U.S. Student Awards for research/study and teaching English as a second language for Fulbright awards during the 2025-26 academic year. Come learn more about the different awards and the application process for applications due in Fall 2024.

International Peer Program Night

5:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Have you signed up for the International Peer Program?  Are you interested in learning more about it? Come and join us in the Student Center room 103 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm to have a fun game night! There will be a variety of cultural games to choose from, but we recommend that you bring a game, activity, or book to share with your peers. We will have a prize for the top 5 winners!

Cultural & Musical Exchange Social

10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Are you interested in learning about different cultures? Do you enjoy meeting new people? If so, come and join us to learn more about the vast variety of cultures here at Stan State! We will be hosting an event in the library room 102 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm for international and domestic staff and students to exchange cultural information and experiences. We encourage you to bring a cultural item such as art, clothing, music, etc to share a piece of your culture with everyone!

Do you enjoy trivia and friendly competition? Please come to the Village Cafe and join in on the fun! You can create your own team and come as a group or you can come as an individual and make some new friends.
