Please note: This application is for both the University
and the School of Nursing. There is a $70 fee required to
apply to the University. This fee may be paid online when
you apply.
- Official transcripts from each college attended (including
in-progress) must be sent electronically to CAPEtranscripts@csustan.edu.
If your college does not have an electronic transcript option,
